Three-storey apart-hotel with a possibility of renting one or more floors or separate rooms. On the second and third floors there are 4 bedrooms on each, three bathrooms (two of which are in the rooms, and the third is in the common hall) also on each floor. Each floor is also equipped with a common dining room with a kitchen and a large table. Each floor has a separate entrance. In the common area there is a washing machine, a ski storage and a repair room for skis and snowboards. The second and third floor have balconies with beautiful mountain views. The guesthouse is well located within 300 metres from the cableway. It is possible to ski from the hotel directly to the bottom of the cableway, and, vice versa, to ski down the mountain right to the hotel’s entrance.
The first floor
On the ground floor there is a large bedroom combined with a living room, which can accommodate up to 5 people. There is also a separate bathroom for those living on the ground floor. In the common area of the ground floor there is a washing machine and a room for storing and repairing skis and snowboards.
The second and third floors
On the second and third floors there is a separate entrance. In the center of each floor there is a kitchen and a cozy living room with a large table, around it there are 4 bedrooms. Two of them have private bathrooms. In two small bedrooms, the bathroom is located in the common area on the floor. Each bedroom is designed for two people, but in the large bedroom you can put two extra beds, and in the small one - one.

How to get there
It is possible to organize a transfer from Tbilisi airport. The cost of the transfer is not included in the price of the hotel and is paid separately by prior arrangement.

Accommodations rules
- The main rule is respect for other tenants. If you love music, don't play it loudly and turn it off completely after 11pm.
- We are very attentive to the tidiness of the house, so if you are with animals, we, unfortunately, will not be able to accommodate you.
- Smoking is only allowed outside. Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms and common areas.
- You can bring any food with you.
- Be polite and do not take others’ food from the common kitchen and refrigerator.
- If you have broken or damaged things, you will need to compensate for their cost.
- We kindly ask you to change your ski boots in the ski storage room and do not wear them around the house.
